Dog Stress Level Questionnaire (DSLQ)

This questionnaire asks about behavioral signs that may be associated with chronic stress in your dog. Please answer as honestly and accurately as possible. There are no “good” or “bad” answers. Your result will be shown only to you. At the end, we will ask separately whether you would like to share your answers for research purposes.

Most people complete this questionnaire in about 10-15 minutes.

If you live with more than one dog, please choose one dog and answer for that dog only.

Important: for behavior items, please choose “Yes” even if you observe the behavior only occasionally. If you choose “Yes”, you will usually be asked about frequency and duration.
